This is an invite-only internal planning desk. We process personal data only as necessary to operate the tool for authorised users.
What we collect
- Account data from your Google or X sign-in (email, name, provider id).
- Work data you enter: notes, pipeline stages, letter drafts, owner details, roof labels, edited outlines, report requests, ratings and preferences.
- Technical logs for security and debugging.
Why
To provide the shared planning desk, generate and deliver reports, and meet UK GDPR legitimate-interest / contract bases for an internal business tool.
Cookies
We use only authentication cookies (and similar storage) set by Supabase Auth so you stay signed in. No analytics or marketing cookies.
Sharing
Data stays in our Supabase project (EU region recommended). Report PDFs are stored privately. We do not sell data.
Retention & rights
Data is kept while the desk is in use. You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by contacting the administrator. Owner research data is handled with UK GDPR care and is not published.
Esri attribution
Map imagery and tiles include Esri content. Attribution is shown on the map. Use is for internal screening only; check licence terms before any wider use.
